The Centre for Networked Intelligence (CNI) is offering a Research Fellowship Programme supported by the Cisco CSR Initiative. This opportunity is open to PhD students enrolled in the Division of EECS and the RBCCPS. To be eligible, applicants must be full-time students admitted through the regular interview process and should not have received any other externally sponsored fellowship. Preference will be given to research proposals that align with the current CNI project topics, which include data center networks, data-driven decision frameworks for public health, deterministic networks and programmable data plane, industrial control systems, Wi-Fi optimization, and network slicing.
The Siemens Technology India PhD. Fellowships at IISc have been established by Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited. Four fellowships will be awarded annually to PhD. candidates from the Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing (CPDM), and the Robert Bosch Centre for Cyber-Physical Systems (RBCCPS). The winners will be entitled to a fellowship amount of Rs 70,000, as well as travel cum contingency funds up to Rs 2,00,000.

The Axis Bank Center for Mathematics and Computing aims to promote cutting-edge research in Applied Mathematics and Computing, encompassing various branches of Science and Engineering. One of its objectives is to recognize exceptional first-year M.Tech students across all engineering branches who are engaged in Mathematics and Computing-related areas and provide them with a higher scholarship/fellowship, surpassing the standard support from MHRD. This fellowship will commence from April 2023 and is exclusively available to students belonging to Women, SC/ST, OBC/NCL, and EWS categories, provided they have identified their M.Tech project in the field of Applied Mathematics and/or Computing.
The TCS Research Scholarship Program was launched in 2010 to provide a major fillip for quality research in areas such as computer sciences and engineering, information systems and technology, and software engineering. The program also aims to promote development and innovation to contribute towards boosting the country’s technology landscape. The selected Research scholars will receive cash scholarship and contingency funds for four years, with a provision of extending the support for one more year. Further, they will also be awarded significant travel funds for international travel to attend and present their research work in international conferences and workshops. Ajay Kumar Sandula, a PhD Student of RBCCPS is selected for this Scholarship (Cycle 17 – 01/07/2023 to 30/06/2027).
